Directions
to “Our Native Village” from BIAL - Devanahalli Airport
(50 minutes drive time)

At the exit
ramp towards Bangalore of the BIAL Devanahalli airport, set your trip
meter to 0 and continue straight.
At 6.3 kms,
on your right there will be a Big Hill. Take a right at the first cross
road crossing (It is called Betta Halasooru Cross) after the Hill.
The Area you are in is called Sonaappanahalli. You are now on a village
road.
At 7.8 Km
you will come across Bassa Nagar Panchayat Govt. Hospital. The road
will curve to your Right at the Hospital.
At 8.5 Kms
you will come to a Y fork. Keep to the left of the fork and continue
for another 1 Km.
At 9.5 Kms
you will come across a railway crossing. Go straight till you hit a
T Junction.
At 9.9 Kms
take the left turn at the T junction.
At 10.1 Kms
you will come to another T junction. Take the right turn at the junction.
At 12.4 Kms
you will come on to a circle called Tippasandra. Take a left at the
circle, and continue straight
At 14.2 Kms
you will cross another railway crossing. Continue further along the
road you will come to a
T junction. This is the main Yelahanka Dodbellapur
Highway. Take a right at the T junction.
At 14.4 Kms
you take a left turn at Rajankunte Village. You are now on Rajankunte
Madurai Main Road.
At 17.6 Kms
you will see on your right the Reliance Engeneering Ltd Factory Building.
Go straight
till you come across Nandini Sperm Station (a unit of KMF). Your Trip
meter should be reading 22.3 Kms
Go through
the main gate of Nandini Sperm Station on your left. At 28.5 Kms you
will reach the exit gate.
At 30.3 Kms
you will come across a T junction. Take a right turn.
Continue straight
till your Trip meter reads 31.3 Kms. Take the Right turn.
Follow the
road till your Trip meter reads 34.0 kms, and you will see a left turn.
Take this left turn, and follow the Kuteeram & Nrityagram sign
boards.
At 35.2 Kms
you will find Adarsh Film Institute in front of you. The road will
curve to the left.
Follow the
road till your trip meter reads @ 35.3 Kms. You would go past the government
film institute and a board reading Varun farm.
Immediately
after this the next right turn needs to be taken and after a 2.5 km
drive through some spectacular open savannah type of landscape going
into the horizon, you will get a T junction through a clump of trees.
Take the right turn, and follow the road as it winds into Our Native
Village after about 500 meters.
