The resort is entirely created with the mud excavated from the construction site and with the use of the local materials. The total area covered by the resort is 12 acres. But the intelligence is calculated because only 20 percent of the land is constructed and the rest left for the organic farming and other activities. The resort generates most of its own eco power using the renewable source of energy such as the solar, wind and bio-gas energy. There are provisions of rain water harvesting and the recycling of all the waste generated in the resort itself. The guests are treated with the fresh fruits and vegetable grown in the fields.
India's first and only 100% Eco resort with a fully natural swimming pool and a conference facility. Resort is managed on eco-principles and renewable energy is generated on site.
