The resort is entirely created with the mud excavated from the construction site and with the use of the local materials. The total area covered by the resort is 12 acres. But the intelligence is calculated because only 20 percent of the land is constructed and the rest left for the organic farming and other activities. The resort generates most of its own eco power using the renewable source of energy such as the solar, wind and bio-gas energy. There are provisions of rain water harvesting and the recycling of all the waste generated in the resort itself. The guests are treated with the fresh fruits and vegetable grown in the fields.  
Our Native village gives you the chance to play the traditional games like gilli danda, spinning tops, flying kites, hopscotch and many more. You can also hire the bicycle for the sightseeing. You can enjoy the nature walk in the fields of grains, coconuts, and banana plantations enjoying the sweet rhythm of the bird songs. Than you can also make a visit to the local temples.
